How to book an appointment?

To book an appointment please call Verve Salon at 610.746.3922 or inquire on our Contact page. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

How do I prep for a Deva service?

Please come in with your hair clean, completely dry, and down, in its natural state. Please do not have your hair in any protective styles, or ponytails, headbands, or buns.

Can my children come with me to the salon?

Unfortunately, the salon is not always a child-safe environment and we suggest that alternative arrangements be made for children under the age of 12. We understand that this may not always be possible; in the event that children accompany you to the salon please be aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Young children can not be left unattended during your service.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

If you do have to cancel your appointment we do ask for 24-hour notice. Please just contact the salon at 610.746.3922.

Can I leave a tip on my credit card?

Yes.

I received a gift certificate for a specific service. Can I exchange the service given?

Salon service gift cards can be used for any salon service. Boutique gift cards can only be used in our boutique.

Confirmation Policy

You will receive a text message with a link to confirm your appointments five days prior to your service. If we do not receive a confirmation, we will call you with a second reminder. FAILURE TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SERVICE. Please understand that it is YOUR responsibility to update us with changes in your contact information and to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We understand that situations arise from time to time that may delay a scheduled treatment from beginning on time. Depending on the circumstance, we may not always be able to accommodate a late arrival, and appointments may have to be shortened or rescheduled. In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

Children Policy

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon

Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Please note that a credit card may be required to reserve certain appointment types including but not limited to multiple services and group appointments. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please Note: Credit for salon services is not an option, including postdated checks. All checks will be deposited daily.

Returned Checks

Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, checks, or Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

Please be respectful of appointments and give a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancellation/rescheduling is necessary or you could be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the service scheduled. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service cancellation. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Verve Salon, LLC, we will be glad to offer you a store credit that can be used for future retail purchases or salon services. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone number, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
